Hilton is one of the largest hotel chains in the world. Their Hhonors® frequent stay program allows you to quickly collect points towards free stays at Hilton hotels and resorts worldwide.

Hilton has now introduced a credit card, along with American Express, to allow you to earn those points even more quickly.

Bonus Points

The Hilton HHonors® credit card gives you the opportunity to earn up to 20,000 bonus points. This is enough points for free nights at a wide number of hotels. You will earn 10,000 bonus points when you make your first purchase on the card. You can then earn up to 10,000 additional points with 2,500 points for each of your first 4 stays at any Hilton group hotel.

You can then continue to earn points each time you use your card. You will earn as many as 5 points per dollar spent at over 2,700 Hilton family hotels worldwide as well as at participating stores, gas stations and more. You will also earn 3 points for every eligible dollar spent elsewhere.

Using your Hilton HHonors® Points

Hilton HHonors® is a very flexible rewards program with a wide number of options for using your points. Of course, you can use your points towards stays at Hilton hotels around the world - this gives you the option of over 2,700 hotels to choose from. Free nights start from as little as 7,500 points. You can also use your points towards free nights at Hilton Vacation Clubs for great family vacations.

The reward options don't stop there, though. You can also exchange you points with a number of airline frequent flyer programs as well as taking car rental or cruise rewards. Merchandise and entertainment rewards are also available.

Other Card Features

Unlike many travel related rewards cards, there is no annual fee for the Hilton Hhonors® credit card. This can save you quite a lot of money a year when compared to many other cards.

For those looking to transfer balances to the card, you can do so fee free for balances transferred during the application process. These balances will also enjoy a special reduced interest rate for an introductory period.

If you are particularly interested in a travel rewards credit card, the Hilton Hhonors® card could be a great option. It allows you to quickly save up points, particularly if you frequently stay at Hilton hotels or shop at participating stores. The initial bonus points are obviously a great extra feature.

The great thing about this card is the flexibility of the rewards program, allowing you to use your points for a number of different rewards rather than just hotel stays.
